Frequently Asked Questions

General FAQs

  • Do you clean the entire yard?

  • We will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.

  • How do you ensure the safety of my dog?

  • The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at On Doody Pooper Scoopers®. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked

  • Do you provide the service all year round?

  • Yes! On Doody Pooper Scoopers® provides dog waste removal services year-round. Even in the winter, we will still show up to provide services. In locations with snow, most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable.

  • How do you dispose of the pet waste?

  • We double-bag the waste in trash bags and place it in your trash bin or neatly by the gate or designated area if no bins are outside.

  • Can I request a specific cleanup day?

  • We will try our best to accommodate days but we have to keep our routes to certain neighborhoods on certain days in order to stay efficient and keep costs down.

  • What if you can’t clean on my scheduled day?

  • If, for whatever reason, your property cannot be serviced on your scheduled day, we will get you in on the next available day or return the following week to cleanup both weeks worth of waste.

  • Do I get a discount if my yard cannot be serviced for a week?

  • Unfortunately, no, we still have to clean up the poop that would have been cleaned up on the previously scheduled visit PLUS the current week’s amount of poop.

  • Can I request to skip a week?

  • You can request to skip a week, but we still have to charge for both weeks of cleanup unless you clean the yard yourself from the skipped week.

  • Can you clean with my dog in the yard?

  • We kindly ask that your dog be in the house when we arrive to clean your yard. We LOVE dogs! But, dogs like to protect you and their property, and we understand that.
